Making steel-frame construction accessible requires coherence between design, production, and support. At BouwBeurs 2027, Arkitech Advanced Construction Technologies will present this approach, highlighting the MF2500P and the development of integrated automation.

The Ankara-based company has been developing technology for Light Gauge Steel (LGS) since 2012. Machines, design software, and production software are developed in-house. Engineers and technicians assist customers with commissioning and provide on-site training. The product range includes machines for one or more profile types and roofing systems.

“Since 2012, we’ve been listening to our customers’ needs,” writes CEO Yavuz Eren on the company’s website. This practical approach forms the basis for further development.

Versatile production with the MF2500P

The MF2500P features 16 standard processing stations and automatically adjusts the profile width via a software-controlled servo drive. The machine processes steel thicknesses ranging from 0.75 to 2.5 mm and is configured as standard for eight selected profile sizes. Additional sizes are available upon request. Arkitech positions the machine as a cost-effective solution with extensive functionality and an attractive price-performance ratio.

The Next Step in Automation

In addition, Arkitech is working on integrated automation solutions for steel-frame elements. The development focuses on linking profile production with robot-controlled machining and the automated installation of sheeting and insulation. The goal is a more efficient and better-coordinated production process for modular and prefab manufacturers.

From Design to Construction Site

The design software supports the modeling and detailing of steel-frame elements. The integration with production software and machinery links design data to the production process. Material reports help with planning and minimizing material waste.

The technology is used in residential construction, non-residential construction, modular construction, and prefabricated bathroom modules. At BouwBeurs, Arkitech aims to meet with construction professionals and manufacturers to discuss how this approach can support their production and assembly processes.
