At BouwBeurs 2027, Vencory will showcase two of its construction specialties: Pascon’s prefabricated building solutions and Hydon’s watertight penetrations. At the trade show, the company will demonstrate how thorough preparation of construction details can contribute to more efficient execution on the job site.
With Pascon, Vencory focuses on prefabricated solutions for, among other things, crawl-space-free foundation slabs, insulated edge formwork, and insulated edge boards. The components are custom-manufactured and delivered to the construction site ready for assembly. This shifts part of the work from the construction site to the preparation phase.
According to Vencory, this can reduce the number of steps required during construction while also contributing to the careful execution of thermal bridge-free construction details.
“Time and skilled workers are precious on the construction site,” says Luc Riezebos of Vencory. “With Pascon, we want to show how much can be gained by carefully planning the floor structure and edge details in advance. With custom prefabricated solutions, we simplify the construction process on site.”
In addition to Pascon, Vencory will showcase Hydon’s watertight penetrations at BouwBeurs. These solutions are designed to seal pipe and cable penetrations in concrete structures. Proper sealing of these penetrations is particularly important in situations involving groundwater or pressurized water. Mastertec will also be present at the Vencory booth during the trade show.
Although Pascon and Hydon have different applications, both product groups focus on preparing construction details before construction begins.
“At BouwBeurs, we can clearly demonstrate how a solution works in practice,” said Riezebos. “Visitors can view the products, present their own construction details, and discuss directly with the specialists which solution is best suited to their needs.”
Vencory will be located in Hall 8, Booth 08.E004, at BouwBeurs 2027.
