Since the beginning of this month, VentilationService has been part of the Interduct Group. According to both companies, this development means that clients in the West and Central Netherlands are assisted even better and faster in realizing a sustainable, healthy and comfortable indoor climate in existing homes and buildings.
Although there are strict ventilation requirements for new construction, many existing buildings still rely on natural ventilation. However, awareness of the importance of clean air is growing and the construction of a good ventilation system is a crucial part of making homes and buildings more sustainable. This with the aim of improving the energy label. In order to better meet customer demand, VentilationService and Interduct are joining forces. This brings the number of Interduct companies specialized in renovation to three: RenovAir, VentKlima and VentilatieService. Because of the national spread, clients throughout the Netherlands will now be helped even faster and better. "We apply the same principles. Whichever one of us does the job: the quality is high and the result is uniform," said Bart Wijers, director of RenovAir."
Part of the business group
When Rein van Gasteren came into contact with Ivo Hanssen, one of the directors of Interduct, about eight months ago, he and his wife Carolyn were not at all concerned about a possible takeover of 'their' VentilationService. Indeed, they were still in the process of building a VentilationService 2.0. "We wanted to future-proof the company," says Rein, "Because although we still enjoy doing this work, we think it is important that the company can also function independently of us." Although they felt it was still a little too early, they decided to engage in further discussions. And it felt right away. "Interduct is exactly the group we are looking for," says Rein, "There is a nice click, and what we are doing now in small, we can make bigger thanks to this cooperation." Interduct will support and facilitate them in this.
