Leafy lets nature take its course on the building’s facade

Green facades are on the rise in the construction industry. Leafy has developed a modular and removable system for this purpose. But above all, they’ve made it a simple product that doesn’t require complicated installations. Boyan Klifman tells us all about it.

The system uses rainwater and natural substrate. It relies on nature, rather than a host of complex sensors, pumps, electronics, nutrient injectors, and so on. “I’m most proud of the impact our panels have,” says Klifman. “More greenery has many benefits, and I’m proud that we’ve been able to incorporate all of them into a single product.”
