Terms
In addition to Article 5.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Jaarbeurs B.V. Exhibition Participation (as published at www.jaarbeurs.nl/en/general-terms-and-conditions), the following applies:
- Jaarbeurs invoices 25% of participation fee for BouwBeurs 2027: Two weeks after Rebook rate expires
- Jaarbeurs invoices 75% of the participation fee for BouwBeurs 2027: Six months before the first construction day of BouwBeurs 2027
In the event of late or incomplete payment of the first or second 50% of the participation fee due, i.e. within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date, the right to the early bird rate and to the allocated stand location will lapse. In such cases the regular participation rates apply by operation of law and Jaarbeurs reserves the right to change the agreed stand location.
