Normally, clients such as housing associations, developers and municipalities write the tenders, to which construction companies can respond. BAM is now turning that game around with an offer to potential buyers. It offers fast delivery of Flow homes at an attractive price. In addition, BAM offers support, such as help with permit processes.
The tender consists of two phases: a public selection phase and a closed award phase. In the selection phase, interested parties are invited to express their interest. Based on suitability requirements and selection criteria, BAM Wonen selects approximately five buyers for the award phase. During the adjudication phase, the supply is further matched to demand in one-on-one consultations with the selected buyers.
Flow is BAM's industrial and circular wooden house concept, constructed from a combination of HSB and CLT.
