BouwBeurs News Pub

The BouwBeurs News pub (powered by aannemer.nl) focuses on current and interesting topics that affect the construction industry. Entrepreneurs, manufacturers and captains of industry will be interviewed throughout the week. Host is Frans Reichardt. The BouwBeurs News pub can be found in the corridor between hall 7 and hall 8.

Glass Pavillion

At the Glass Pavilion, in collaboration with the GLAS Department of Koninklijke Bouwend Nederland, you will find all the innovations and developments imaginable in the field of glass.

On 9 February, the Glass Award 2023 will be presented to the project that has best applied flat glass in the interior and/or exterior of a building.

Wood Pavillion

The Wood Pavilion is an initiative of companies and organizations from the broad wood sector
both the Netherlands and abroad. All entrepreneurs who have a warm heart for wood. After all, wood is a reliable, flexible, varied, high-tech and environmentally friendly building material of high quality. The Houtpaviljoen on the
Bouwbeurs brings this atmosphere, the warm feeling and the experience to the attention.

Career Square

Want to boost your career? Looking for additional training, the best trainers, secondments and employment agencies in the construction industry. You will find it all at the BouwBeurs Career Square.

Startup Street

In the BouwBeurs Start-Up street you will get to know those companies that have taken the step towards independence. Because a new brilliant idea came up, a wonderful innovation popped up or just because it was time to do your own thing.

Tile Square

At the BouwBeurs Tegelplein you can get the latest information and applications that are important for the tiler. Leading companies provide information and there are continuous product and project presentations.

Nature-inlcusive construction

A lot is being built in the Netherlands. High office buildings and apartment complexes in the middle of large cities. Due to the many constructions, it is important to maintain a good balance with nature. New this year at BouwBeurs 2023 is therefore the Nature-inclusive construction pavilion. Nature-inclusive construction is a sustainable way of building where local biodiversity and natural values are central. Come to the pavilion during your visit to the fair and learn all about this green way of building!

Various routes

During BouwBeurs 2023 you can follow various routes across the exhibition floor. This way you will not miss any important developments when following the innovation route and you will learn everything about sustainability via the sustainability route.

The participating exhibitors can be recognized by the logo and you will also find the route overviews in the app. How easy!

Student Days

Monday 6 and Tuesday 7 February 2023 are the BouwBeurs Student Days. Then as an upcoming talent you can get acquainted with everything that makes construction so great. Talk to exhibitors, view the latest innovations and product developments and return home full of new knowledge and inspiration. We build the future together!

BouwBeurs Pub

Where can you comfortably prepare your visit with a cup of coffee? Sit down to discuss? Make your exhibition day extra cozy with a drink, good music and a tasty bite to eat? All this is possible in the BouwBeurs Pub!

Tech Forum

Visit the Tech Forum during BouwBeurs and get to know the future. Digitization, technology and industrialization are central to this theatre. Various specialists and experts will update you on the most sustainable and innovative systems and techniques. Make your work as efficient and smart as possible!

Circle Theater

Want to know everything about circular design and construction? Visit the Circle Theater during BouwBeurs 2023. In this theater, various speakers will tell you about the developments within this theme.

Ladies Lunch

BouwBeurs 2023 proudly presents the first Ladies Lunch for all women in construction! On February 8, we invite all construction women for lunch in the BouwBeurs Pub. As a true professional, you are there, aren’t you?

During lunch you will get to know other specialists and experts. A good moment to catch up on each other’s knowledge and experiences. Not ‘one of the guys’ for a while, but ladies among themselves!

Lunch will take place on Wednesday, February 8, 2023 from noon. Indicate your interest via info@bouwbeurs.nl and you will hear as soon as possible whether you can join us! Please note: ladies only!

VLOK Knowledge Square

New at the BouwBeurs 2023: the VLOK Knowledge Square for Craftsmen. The name says it all: a square where visitors to the Bouwbeurs can gather knowledge about insurance, materials, work, etc.

And a place where professionals can meet in a nice setting.

Influencers

BouwBeurs is collaborating with well-known construction influencers! You probably see videos of people in construction on social media. Playing pranks on colleagues, fun building tips or reviews about tools.

During BouwBeurs 2023 there are several influencers present who come to record their exhibition day.

Safety Square

Working safely is priority 1. On the Safety Square you will find a number of market parties who are happy to inform you about their products and services. Here you will find trainers and suppliers to help you make your work even safer.

Visit Wonderwoods

Wonderwoods, an icon for the city of Utrecht and an interim source of inspiration for a new balance between nature and life in the city, is how Wonderwoods will be known. You can visit Wonderwoods during BouwBeurs 2023.

BouwBeurs 2023 Awards

The professional jury of the BouwBeurs Awards 2023 has nominated 9 innovations in 3 categories. The prizes will be awarded during the opening of the BouwBeurs.

WP Innovation route 2023

During BouwBeurs 2023, Vakblad Warmtepompen organizes the WP Innovation Route every day. The tour consists of five presentations (approximately 20 minutes per exhibitor), given by experts who tell you everything about the current developments in the field of sustainable climate technology. Are you working as a technical construction professional? Then the WP Innovation Route offers you a lot of new information!

Harvesting demo’s

On February 9, you will find a harvester used in forestry on the outside area next to the BouwBeurs café. Several demos will be given that day. You will find the site between halls 7 and 12.
