Saturday February 9, 2013 from 09.30 - 16.00 hours.    

Construction hours

Hall 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 12
- Monday January 28, 2013 - Saturday February 2, 2013 from 06.30 - 22.00 hours.
- Sunday February 3, 2013 can be used for the finishing touches to your stand. The halls are only accessible via the East and West entrances. Only hand luggage is allowed to the brougt.

Hall 1, 9, 10 and 11
- Tuesday January 28, 2013 - Saturday February 2, 2013 from 06.30 - 22.00 hours.
- Sunday February 3, 2013 can be used for the finishing touches to your stand. The halls are only accessible via the East and West entrances. Only hand luggage is allowed to the brougt.

Construction Comfort packages

Exhibitors who have paid for a comfort package could decorate their booth as from:
- Friday February 1, 2013 van 08.00 - 22.00 hours
- Saturday February 2, 2013 van 06.00 - 22.00 hours

Deconstruction hours all halls 
- Saturday February 9, 2013 from 16.00-24.00 hours*
- Sunday February 10 and Monday February 13, 2013 from 06.30 - 22.00 hours
- Tuesday February 12, 2013 from 06.30 - 17.00 hours 

Disassembly Comfort packages 
Your stand needs to be empty by midnight on Saturyday February 9, 2013.

*) The large transport doors will be opened after all the carpet in the corridor has been removed. Till that time (around 17.30 hours) only small items opend for transporting.
